Avondale Estates, a senior apartment complex in Claremore, has a secret that it wants to share.
There is an apartment on the property that is designated for a senior (62 years or older) who is considered homeless (living with a relative doesn’t count). If the person has nowhere to live and meets the requirements, he or she can live in the apartment rent-free for up to two years. Resident must have some income, since electricity will need to be paid.
Apartment is one bedroom, with walk-in closet, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ceiling fans.
