If you grew up in Claremore in the 1980s, you spent time at the NeMar skating rink. The rink has been operating as Roller World for the past several years, and now, new things are happening!
Claremore natives Angie and Jordan Hinds have purchased the roller rink, and are launching their new business on Saturday, October 1. Sessions will be held Friday and Saturday nights from 7p – 10:30p, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1:30p – 4p. Fee is $4 for the afternoon sessions and $6 for night.
Beginning in November, the first Tuesday of each month will be just $2 to skate from 6:30p – 8:30p. First Fridays will be open for Tiny Tots (up to age 6) for $4, as well as homeschool students.
Parents, don’t feel left out! You can still relive your favorite teenage years every first Thursday at Adult Night! If you’re over 18, you’re welcome to skate from 6:30p – 8:30p for $6.
There will also be sessions available during school breaks. Private parties are available, too!
If you’re looking for something fun and inexpensive to do with the family, try out the all-new Roller World Party Center!
