I love the texture and dimension of woven or macrame wall hangings. It is a trend that I. cannot. get. enough. of. Period! Hitting the scene strong in 2014, they don’t seem to be letting up steam. The DIY aspect of these crafty creations take a little more commitment, as they are detailed and time consuming to make; and they can often come with a hefty price tag. Right now Dusty and I are saving all of our pennies, to put towards remodeling our humble little abode. Needless to say, I was over the moon when I discovered Rachel, and her Etsy shop, Unanchored Studio. Rachel created this beautiful custom wall hanging for us, which is our first official decor piece for our living room (currently under construction). I was giddy the moment I pulled it out of its packaging. She added the most perfect gold detailing. The entire piece is a GORGEOUS work of art! It was also super affordable. It brings just enough visual interest without breaking the bank, and it would make a great gift for that special gal pal!
