Many kindergarten teachers give their students the assignment to write out their turkey recipe. Kathy Hollenkamp of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, takes it a step further. She has each of her students choose a popular Thanksgiving recipe and then they explain how they’d make it. Mrs. Hollenkamp then binds them into a cookbook for the parents. This is her favorite holiday tradition and it started more than 20 years ago! Read on for some serious cuteness.
