After two years of persistence and patience, Brent Foster of Per4mance Physical Therapy is finally seeing his dream come true. Foster purchased the property north of the Claremore Rec Center (it used to be a car wash, for you longtime Claremore folks), and he’s planning on creating the newest development in the West Bend Green district. Similar to The Cornerstone Building, which opened recently down the street, The Mark will be home to Per4mance Physical Therapy and a host of other retail and residential units.
