FREE Parenting Workshop Offered in Claremore

The Rogers County Health Department is hosting lunch and learn presentations throughout the year to educate the community about various issues, from stress management and mental health to holiday food safety and meal planning.

The next community lunch and learn will be held on Monday, July 9th, from 12pm-1pm, at the Rogers County Health Department, 2664 N. Hwy 88, Claremore, OK. Child Guidance staff with the Rogers County Health Department will be discussing effective discipline for children.

Have you ever worried that you are raising a brat?  Wondered if there were ways to make your discipline more effective?  Wished you had some new tools in your parenting tool belt?  Attend this workshop to learn more about effective discipline strategies from the experts:
