Holy Hamstrings, Batman! Who says you have to squat or jump to get that hamstring pumped? Try this move:
1⃣Grab a fitness ball and extend your legs out while laying on your back.
2⃣lift your tush and bring your knees and the ball up to your tush.
3⃣extend the legs and repeat.
4⃣Feel the BURN!
