Now, bear with us…it’s not going to be for a while. And it’s not set in stone. But we like to be optimistic.
Memorial Heights Baptist Church has approved a signed contract for their building on Will Rogers (near Mazzio’s). The buyer has up to 150 days to get all the ducks in a row, as far as bringing the property up to code with the city and to make sure it’s large enough. That’s what we mean by “not set in stone.”
The limited information that we have about the buyer(s) is that they are not local and they plan on building three eating establishments on the property. Let’s hope for something delicious!
No other specific details are being shared at this time.
If you are involved in the church, this timetable allows all of their summer activities to go on as planned, like Vacation Bible Schools, camps, and SMAK Choir. Memorial Heights plans to build a new facility on Lowry Rd.

It has been something I have been hoping to see happen for a while! 🙂
Please no fast food. ðð½
3? and parking too???
3 places on top of each other? That is developer thinking, not good business practice. And what parts of the restaurants market is not tapped yet?
With that many…it will have to be more of those 2-in-1 fast food types. UGH!!
Yee ha!
That’s great! However, I can’t get the Big News to open!!
When I try to click on the moreclaremore.com, I get an error message that says ” The web service to this account has been limited temporary”
Hope they can afford the electric
