The J.M. Davis Arms and Historical Museum today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award. Now in its sixth year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
“We are very grateful to the hundreds of visitors that took the time to send in a review the Davis Museum,” stated museum executive director, Wayne McCombs. “TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel site that has around 350 million reviews and opinions each year. The Davis Museum is a top tourism stop in the state and along Route 66.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.

The J.M. Davis Arms and Historical Museum is the world’s largest privately held arms museum. Located in downtown Claremore at 5th street and J.M. Davis Blvd, it is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
