There’s SO Much FUN Stuff at the Claremore Library for Early Readers

Claremore Library

Do you like yard sales? If you do, then this month’s book review for young readers is for you! Yard Sale! by Mitra Modarressi is a great book for yard sale fans. When Mr. Flotsam in the town of Spudville has a yard sale, his neighbors flock to it! When they get their purchases home, however, they find that each item has some type of unusual power. A flying rug, a never-ending pasta maker and a constantly playing music box to name a few. At first the neighbors are not happy, but things have a way of working out pretty well for the yard sale customers. Yard Sale! can be found in the early reader section of the Will Rogers Library.

Craft-loving readers might like to take a look at the non-fiction crafting books in our juvenile section. Nature Crafts by Lyndsay Milne is a fun book of easy crafts inspired by nature. The projects include twig toys, weather projects, wildlife crafts and insects and birds projects. Nature Crafts can be found in the j745.5 section of the Will Rogers Library. We have many more fun crafting books in the same section to explore! Happy September reading from the Will Rogers Library!
