Employees of the City of Claremore will have the opportunity starting in April to attend a FREE “Lunch Break” class at the Super Recreation Center each Monday and Friday. The power lunch class will incorporate part cycle and part plyometric and will last from 1:15p – 1:45p. Any resident may also enroll in the class, but we commend the City of Claremore for caring about the physical activity level of City employees and allowing them to take part free of charge.
