Light Breakfast Burrito Recipe: Yum!

If you’re looking for a quick and healthy breakfast, try this Light Breakfast Burrito! All you need is:

Butter-flavored cooking spray
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp chopped canned green chili, drained
1/2 cup egg substitute, or 2 eggs
1 Tbsp shredded fat-free cheese
1 dash pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
10-inch warm flour tortilla

Lightly coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook onions and chilies for three minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, cheese, pepper, and hot sauce. Pour into skillet and scramble 3-4 minutes. Place in warmed tortilla and fold. Serves 1.
