Claremore Business is Booming!

We are expanding. Here’s why:

A wise man once told me that you need to give back in three areas: yourself, in way of education and healthy living. Your industry, in way of educating, brainstorming, or assuring professional standards are met. And, most importantly, the community that supports your business.

I make an honest effort to live up to that advice in all three aspects. If you know me, you know this to be mostly true. Which, unfortunately for my waist line, I struggle the most with the second part of the first part. I mostly give empty carbs and calories back to myself but it’s whatever.

Why am I rambling on about all of this, you ask? Well…

It’s been a whirlwind year for me and my office. Big things have happened and are happening. I took over as broker for the Claremore Coldwell Banker Select office in February 2016. Since then, I acquired 42 new friends and then this:

There’ve been 17 agents hired.

New agent production is up 700%.

Our first quarter volume this year was at $21,000,000 as compared to $7,000,000 first quarter last year for a 200% increase.

Our ranking in the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors increased up to 14th for the end of the first quarter. That’s out of about 380 ranking offices.

Our closed units increased by double.

I say all of that to say this:

We are expanding. We’ve been in the Nemar location for coming up on 20 years. We love it and are not going anywhere. We love it so much that I’m opening up an additional space between the trophy shop and little caesar’s.

I will be adding 18 new offices and a Real Estate Academy.

I will be teaching Pre-License classes for everyone wanting to get their real estate license, Post-License classes for all of the provisional licensees needing their 45 hours, and CE for all of the sales associates around Rogers County who don’t want to make the drive to Tulsa.

I love our industry and the community that makes a symbiotic relationship between the two possible.
