TAI CHI QUAN – Moving for Better Balance

Through simple, graceful movements that are easy to learn, Tai Chi builds physical stamina, improves one’s balance, muscular strength, postural control, self-confidence, memory, and reduces the likelihood of falling.

Tai Chi Quan is a FREE 10 week program, brought to you by Health Educator/Tai Chi Instructor, Renetta Harrison, with the Rogers County Health Department.

Currently registering for beginning class:
Starts Thursdays, July 13th, 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. (10 weeks)

Fill out the 3 forms and email, fax (918-341-3715), mail or drop forms off to Renetta at Rogers County Health Department, 2664 N. Hwy 88, Claremore, OK 74017.
