Rogers County Teacher Resources (RoCo TeRe) is a Facebook page started by Regina Crouch, who now runs the page with help from Pam Shearer. It’s an easy, no-hassle way for area teachers to get the word out on what kinds of needs they have for their classrooms. With the page open to educators of all grades throughout the county, the requests run the gamut from magnifying glasses to storage to scissors.
The concept is simple: teachers post the items from their “wish list”, along with links to purchase. A generous soul comes along and buys the item, shipping it directly to the teacher, so no money is exchanged.
