On Saturday, February 2, the Claremore Public Schools Foundation (CPSF) celebrated another milestone with the 10th edition of the Annual Brainiac Brawl and auction.

The event continued its sell-out streak, hosting 37 teams of eight in a rollicking night of food and fun. Participants enjoyed high stakes trivia and delicious offerings from Hammett House while competing for the coveted traveling trophy. At the end of the night, over $20,000 was raised to fund educational enhancements for Claremore Public Schools.

The event included silent and live auctions with something for everyone. “Businesses and the community were very generous in their donations for our auction. We are so lucky to live in a community that is so supportive of our schools,” said Amy Evans, CPSF Executive Director.

All teams competed in 6 rounds of trivia ranging from “Do You Remember When?” to geography and history. As the rounds came and went, the team known as the A & M Wranglers found themselves standing alone atop the field.

The “Bond, James Bond” team (Claremore Public Schools Administration team) secured the Table Bucks Battle competition for their efforts as the table raising the most funds to support the Claremore Public Schools Foundation. Many teams obtained “votes” by selling items to the crowd.
