Rep. Mark Lepak and Sen. Marty Quinn presented a special gift to Carolyn Osborne, wife of fallen firefighter Marty Osborne, who was laid to rest last week. The two local legislators gifted the Osborne family the American flag that was flown at half staff over the Capitol in Marty’s honor.
