The District on Main has been a fixture in historic downtown Claremore since 2012. Owner Cari Bohannan has now opened The District Baby, giving us Claremore’s only baby boutique.
The District Baby carries all of the necessary baby essentials, with an upscale twist. Items in the store include clothing, toys, rattles, teethers, shoes, blankets, bibs, and dishes. Clothing is available for both boys and girls, in sizes newborn to 4t. Adorable and exclusive brands include Milkbarn, Kickee Pants, Quincy Mae, and Magnetic Me, which are pajamas with magnetic closures. That’s every exhausted parent’s dream! The District Baby also has RuffleButts and RuggedButts. Offerings from Little Unicorn are sleeping bags, sheets, swaddlers, and hooded towels. Copper Pearl, Aiden + Anais, and Jellycat are also in stock.
Since the boutique has diaper bags, Boppy pillows, and most anything else a new parent will need, a baby registry is available.
The District Baby is located at 418 W. Will Rogers Blvd. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10a – 5:30p, Thursdays from 10a – 6p, and Saturdays from 10a – 5p. And if you recognize the manager, it’s Kayla Dossett, who was a longtime employee at The District on Main. We are so excited to welcome her back to Claremore!
