Pelco Structural Welcomes New General Manager, Mark Lehr

Pelco Structural is pleased to welcome Mark Lehr as the new general manager for its Claremore-based manufacturing facility.

Lehr comes to Pelco with more than 25 years in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industry. Lehr spent 13 years with Matrix Services, and was heavily involved in the fabrication and erection of aboveground storage tanks. At Matrix, Lehr served in a variety of positions, advancing from the role of Project Manager through Divisional Manager, where he was responsible for a metal fabrication facility.

Additionally, Lehr served as the Vice President of International Expansion at HMT Tank for seven years, where he oversaw the construction, equipping, and first six months of operations of a full-service metal fabrication facility in Izmir, Turkey. Also, while at HMT, Mark participated in the due diligence and 2007 purchase of Enardo, a 70-year old metal fabrication facility.  After completing the acquisition, he became President & CEO of the organization.

Lehr then returned to Matrix Services, where he oversaw a major pump station recovery project in Cushing. He then served as Vice President of Tank and BoP Divisions for Wilbros, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of two heavy plate steel fabrication plants and a large structural steel fabrication facility.  Recently Lehr has served as a consultant helping U.S.-based companies expand operations abroad.

“Mark brings with him knowledge, expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to build upon the foundation we have in place. Mark’s team centered approach will not only help to make Pelco Structural a great place to work, but also grow our influence as an industry leader in steel infrastructure markets,” said Steve Parduhn, President and CEO of Pelco. “Mark is an excellent addition to our team, and we are excited to have his leadership and skill set joining our organization.”

Lehr is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, married with two children, a daughter who just graduated from Oklahoma Christian University, and a son who is a junior in high school.
