Doe’s Eat Place is officially open for lunch now! Get your tamale fix Monday – Saturday from 11a – 4p. (Still open for dinner, as well.)
The lunch menu offers steaks, tamales, shrimp, and other dinner favorites, but also new items like burgers, soups, sandwiches, and salads. The grilled cheese on jalapeno cornbread sounds AMAZING, and I’m a sucker for a meatball sub. Other lunch plates include fish & chips, chicken fried steak, Manhattan roast beef, and a stuffed sweet potato.
