Recently, Claremore Fire Department presented a check for $3562.56 to Claremore Public Schools. During the month of April, Claremore firefighters wore Autism Awareness shirts while on duty. They sold around 200 similar shirts to raise $1781.28. The City of Claremore generously matched the donation. Proceeds are being used at Claremore Public Schools for Special Education. Thank you to everyone who bought a shirt and/or donated to the cause.
