Wreaths Across America Claremore, Ok are ramping up fundraising efforts to help guarantee they hit their goal of 3000 wreaths to lay on the graves of veterans on December 16th, 2023.
One of those efforts is through their Flag A Friend campaign. It’s easy enough, you pick a fun loving patriotic Friend to Flag, make a donation of $100 minimum, and then the Claremore Chapter of Wreaths Across America will Flag their yard! They will be surprised and honored that you thought of them and then they will want to Flag a Friend, too! You can also sponsor wreaths the old fashioned way at www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/ok0076 or by hosting a fundraiser, but this year’s deadline is November 27th! They are currently over 1/3rd of the way to meeting their goal, but they won’t be able to do it without you, and all donations are tax deductible.
The whole community is invited out to their Ceremony on December 16th, 2023 at 11AM at Woodlawn Cemetery to honor our veterans and help distribute wreaths.
