Stampede Shuttle returns for Memorial Day Weekend Rodeo

The 78th Will Rogers Stampede PRCA Rodeo is set for May 24-26 at Stampede Park in Claremore, and promises great family fun! Gates open at 6pm with pre-rodeo entertainment beginning at 7pm and PRCA action starting at 8pm.

The Stampede Shuttle returns and is complimentary to all passengers, thanks to Claremore Public Schools. The shuttles will start running at 5:45pm nightly and go to and from Stampede Park until the event ends around 10:30pm.

Riders will need to park at Claremore High School’s Andy Payne Track & Field, the Robson Performing Arts Center or Will Rogers Jr. High. Parking is also free. “This is such a great service CPS is providing. With limited parking on site, we have very little space for the public. Our first priority is handicap parking; we were able to add a little more space for this area, this year. Additionally, the many volunteers that are on site before, during and after the rodeo need parking so that really limits extra space”, said Tanya Andrews, Secretary/Treasurer for the rodeo. “I encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttle, ride in an air-conditioned bus with some of the friendliest drivers around!”
