9th Annual CHS Bass Fishing Tournament
Claremore High School Wrestling will host the 9th Annual Bass Fishing Tournament on Saturday, April 30. Register HERE!
Check-in is at 6a at the CHS parking lot. Fishing begins at 6:30a, and you can fish anywhere! Weigh-in will take place at Claremore Lake’s Shelter 2 at 2p. There is a three fish limit; they must be alive and be caught during the tournament timeframe. Rod and reel ONLY; no live bait or throw nets.
Cost to participate is $90 per team, three people max. Deadline to enter is April 20; late entries are an additional $15. First place is $1,000, second place is $500, and third place is $200. The reward for biggest bass is $100.
Burger baskets will be served to participants at 3p (additional meals are available for $10 each; must be purchased in advance). There will also be a raffle for a $500 gift card to Bill’s Sporting Goods. Tickets are $15 each or five for $50. You do not need to be present to win.
Proceeds from the tournament will be used for new wrestling mats and tournament costs for the team.
