Zumba Glow Party

Fitness Time for Ladies is having a Zumba Glow Party on Friday, January 11, from 7p – 8:30p. There will be door prizes, refreshments, and chances to win memberships and gift certificates! And of course, plenty of fun Zumba! Dance off those holiday calories! Be sure to wear neon colors or white for the full GLOW experience! The glow party is free for members, and $5 for non-members.
Fitness Time for Ladies is located at 3075 Medical Parkway in Claremore.
