✨10 Things You Can Do to LOVE your Body ✨💞
1️⃣ IGNORE THE NUMBER: Forget the number on clothing, and wear items that fit properly. It shouldn’t matter the size, but how the clothes fit and make you feel while wearing them.
2️⃣ FOCUS ON THE GOOD: Rather than picking apart what you don’t like about yourself, make a list of your best assets. What are 5 to 10 qualities you have – a great sense of humor, a nice smile, a good friend, etc.
3️⃣ TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY: Think about how exercise makes you feel. Even if it’s just 10 minutes, you are doing something good for your body and it is helping you to be healthy & strong.
4️⃣ BE NICE TO YOURSELF: Use kind words with yourself daily. When you look in the mirror, tell yourself how beautiful you are.
5️⃣ HAVE GRATITUDE FOR YOUR BODY: A body in motion is a happy body. Be proud and thankful that your body has the ability to run, dance, and jump. Some aren’t so lucky.
