The community is invited to participate in the upcoming fun, free RoCo Fit Mock 5k, Monster Mash Dash 5k or 1 mile fun run-walk, October 27th at Claremore Lake Park. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate. Comfortable costumes that allow walking or running safely are encouraged, but optional. This event marks the finish of RoCo Fit’s 2016 fall session. We hope to get people to participate, celebrate and cheer everyone as they make their goal of a 5k and becoming healthier.
There will be music, water, medals, and more. Tatur Racing will be supplying their start/finish line and have their clock running. No registration or official timing for this event, just lots of healthy fun.
