Brainiac Brawl: Another Year of Fun and Fierce Competition in Claremore

The Eighth Annual Brainiac Brawl benefitting the Claremore Public Schools Foundation (CPSF) was held Saturday, February 4th at the Claremore Conference Center. The Hillcat Bizteks beat out 36 other teams to be named “Brainiac Champion” for the fourth time. The team previously won the title in 2011, 2012 and 2015. The event raised more than $23,500 to benefit children and teachers in Claremore Public Schools.

The RCB Let’s Get Quizzical Team was named Table Decoration Champion by obtaining the most peer votes and donations for the night.

“There was something for everyone at the event,” said Amy Evans, CPSF Executive Director. In addition to the trivia contest, players also vied for live and silent auction items generously donated by businesses and patrons. The competition was fierce, but at the end of the night, the children and teachers of the Claremore Public Schools were the real winners.

Brainiac Brawl was sponsored by the 2016-17 CPSF Partners: BancFirst, CF Industries, Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center, Hillcrest Hospital – Claremore, Leadership Rogers County, Dr. and Mrs. Richard Mosier, Nees Realty, Pelco Structural, LLC, The Print Shop, RCB Bank, Robson Properties, Rosenstein, Fist and Ringold, Bill and Phyllis Snyder, Taylor Foster Law Firm and Whataburger.
