Leadership Rogers County is accepting applications for the 2017-2018 year. Leadership Rogers County develops talents and broadens perspectives of present and future community leaders by providing them with practical information concerning community problems and issues. Interested candidates must have an interest in Rogers County and are committed to exercising their leadership potential. The program runs from September – May and generally requires one day a month.
