Motivation Monday: Post-Halloween Tips!

    Candy got you like #bleh ? Try these tips NOW if you want to drop a few lbs in the next week or reduce bloat…

    drink 100 ounces of water in a day

    eat your veggies raw, steamed, or baked with very little oil, fat or salt (3-5 servings)

    skip dairy, sugary, deep fried, high sodium and empty calorie everything – Just don’t do it

    eat your fruit before 2pm


    ‍♀️ exercise and challenge yourself with some intensity

    choose complex carbs & lean proteins

    drink shakeology in place of a meal or snack

    don’t starve!

    Day 1-3 can be tough, but you’ll feel like a million bucks by days 4 & 5 …and start craving healthy stuff instead of garbage.
