Rogers County Youth Services, a non-profit counseling agency focused on Rogers County children, youth, and families, will host the 14th annual Boots and Bling: Me and My Guy Dance on February 26th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. inside the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center on the RSU campus. This gives fathers and father figures (no moms allowed) the opportunity to set the standard for what young women should find acceptable on a date.
