Claremore Chamber Announces Rebrand

The core of the Chamber is connection; new logo encompasses that.

The Claremore Area Chamber of Commerce, serving Rogers County since 1946, is getting a makeover and is currently rolling out a new logo.

The Chamber is a membership-based organization and serves as the voice of business for its members. The mission is to advance economic, industrial, professional, cultural, and civic, welfare; and enhance the quality of life for Claremore and Rogers County.

“The Chamber is a community partner and an advocate for businesses both large and small,” said Barby Myers, President & CEO. “In the community, we work together with our community partners and often serve as a convenor, a facilitator, or a collaborator. We are the voice for our business members, advocating for them at all levels of government.”

The new logo emphasizes that the Chamber is an organization that focuses on connectivity within the community.

“In addition to serving our members, we get numerous calls each day from people asking all kinds of questions,” said Ashley May, Director of Communications. “They might be looking for a phone number, or they’re asking where to eat when they come to town. I’ve even had calls from people trying to hunt down former classmates. I always tell callers that if I don’t have the answer, I’ll know someone who will. And that’s where the “connectivity” comes in. Our goal is all about connecting people, and I think we do a pretty good job of it.”

Similarly, the new logo, which symbolizes two people meeting, or connecting, is a great depiction of what the Chamber does. “Our new logo is contemporary and fun. It’s a clean, fresh design that says collaboration and business,” said Myers.
