Monday Motivation: Ditch the Scale

When you are truly transforming to be leaner, stronger, and tighter, your body will at times be gaining water weight and muscle weight. Seeing that on the scale can be derailing. And on the other hand, a loss on the scale might just be reflecting water or muscle loss instead of fat. How will you know for sure if you only go by the scale? You won’t. So don’t focus on the scale every day – focus on what you’re eating & how MUCH. Focus on what you’re doing each day and how strong and healthy you’re feeling!
