Whew! Got my sweat on! It would have been so easy to skip…So glad I didn’t!

We all have a choice to choose our hard or difficulty. Being unhappy is hard. Choosing to wake up early, push yourself in your workout, or exercise on a weekend even when you don’t want to is also hard. Choose your hard. Then thank yourself later for your good choice.  ‪#‎ChooseYourHard‬
