You don’t need another new recipe or convoluted meal plan to experience REAL results. You just need to eat more raw fruits and vegetables in a balanced way. #ForReal

Kourtney D. is a good example of that… She had two kids two years apart, and it took a toll on her body. She felt “alive but not living.” She said, “I totally used to skip meals throughout the day. I would often go all day without eating and just sip on a cup of coffee instead. I thought that if I starved myself then I would lose weight.”
